*Initial appointment slots are 60 minutes. Follow-up appointment slots are 45 minutes. All appointments are via telephone, with virtual options (Teams/Zoom) available on certain days or at specific times upon request. While I recommend scheduling a discovery call first, it is not essential. 

Please note that prescription requests and clinic letters are provided at an additional cost of £5.

If you work shifts or have unusual hours that don't align with the available booking times, please use the Contact Us page so we can discuss arranging an appointment outside of these hours.
