I am a dedicated and passionate dietitian with extensive experience in both adult and paediatric nutrition. I began my career working with adult patients in areas such as gastroenterology, surgery, and critical care. Over time, I transitioned to working as a paediatric dietitian, specialising in complex nutritional needs, challenging eating behaviours, and allergies.

Currently, I work part-time with the NHS and offer private consultations for adult and paediatric patients* outside of my NHS hours. 

I am recognised for my commitment to evidence-based care and my passion for educating medical staff and families. My dedication to continuous professional development is evident through my specialised training in paediatric nutrition, the low FODMAP diet (for IBS), and my completed Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.

Understanding the demands of modern life, I aim to accommodate my clients' diverse needs by providing convenient telephone consultations. This flexible approach ensures my clients can access my services from the comfort of their own homes whether they are in the UK or abroad.
